DataVertex, Inc. (“DataVertex,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides candidate-matching, sourcing, and enrichment technology solutions, including the Candidate API and Candidate On-Demand Sourcing Services (collectively, the “Services”).

We generally do not process:
